HR can’t even lead themselves and you want them to lead AI. How about HR starting with something simple like not being hypocrites. HR is the most discriminatory profession yet they have no problem lecturing others about diversity. HR make your own bed before you decide to change the world
You are right! HR isn't perfect and it's flawed! But let's be real, if anyone waited for perfection before leading change, nothing would ever move forward. Disruption doesn’t wait for clean beds.
When it comes to AI we talk about Ethics, Job Displacements, Role changes, new roles, bringing Agents on the Org Chart as our peers, Training employees to use AI - where do all these functions reside if not in HR?
Leaders complain about shitty HR workflows, manual tasks that add to the overhead cost, inefficient processes - these should ring alarm bells for HR and they should take AI seriously!
