What resonates here is that AI doesn’t just change workflows, it exposes leadership quality.

When leaders haven’t clearly diagnosed the real obstacle they’re trying to solve, AI amplifies confusion rather than progress. People then ask “what changes for me next week?” not because they resist AI, but because intent and priorities are still fuzzy.

At the same time, AI operates in an uncertain space where advantages are provisional. Making adoption feel safe isn’t about confidence or speed, but about being explicit about what’s being tested, what’s reversible, and where human judgment still matters. AI doesn’t replace leadership, it makes the absence of it visible much faster.

For me, people’s questions are usually a request for clarity rather than resistance: clarity on boundaries, permission, and where human judgement still sits. AI tends to surface that need very quickly.
