This was a nice read but most of these tools are best used for online meeting, how about minutes taker perfect for physical meetings?

There’s also a device called Pocket that snaps on your phone. Its great to capture convos, record calls and then summarize them. www.heypocket.com

I am glad you found my article worth your time & thanks for asking that question! It made me think about when I attend seminars, conferences & events where so much information is being shared and you want to capture it all. Here are a couple of things I do - I use an iphone and in the “notes” I turn on “record audio”. Then I extract the transcript and summarise it with AI.
