Thanks for reading! I am glad it helped. And yes- thats exactly where AI can be useful in the form of guided interviews and Q&A sessions. The agent can be trained on the typical roles and responsibilities so it knows what type of questions to ask! The product “Sensay” is doing something very similar, I don’t have any affiliation with the org but it looks like a purpose driven tool!
